Black Cow – Wagyu Restaurant Known For Shabu Shabu, Sukiyaki & Donburi Is Closing On 30 April

Known for its premium wagyu shabu shabu, sukiyaki and donburi, Black Cow at South Beach Avenue is closing on 30 April 2021.

It will be undergoing a major renovation for 3 months and the new Black Cow 2.0 will have a zen garden in the restaurant.

Black Cow Wagyu Beef

Established in 2016, Black Cow specialises in prime cuts of genuine Japanese Black Wagyu and high-quality ingredients derived from the seasonal best of different agricultural regions in Japan.

Black Cow Wagyu Sukiyaki

For Black Cow’s shabu shabu and sukiyaki, you can pick from A4 Japanese Wagyu (S$108++/pax), A5 Japanese Wagyu (S$138++/pax) or A5 Hida Japanese Wagyu Beef (S$198++/pax).

Black Cow Wagyu Don

The Premium Wagyu Beef Don—one of thebest wagyu donburi in Singapore—comes with glazed foie gras, sea urchin, caviar, onsen egg, shaved truffles. You can choose from A3 Wagyu Beef (S$88) or A5 Wagyu Beef (S$118) for your wagyu don.

You can still enjoy exquisite wagyu cuts at Black Cow’s sister restaurant,Shatoburian—a Japanese yakiniku restaurant that has an extensive menu of prized wagyu cuts.
